Terms of Service

Effective 18 September 2026. These terms govern your use of JobPilot, a subscription web application that helps job seekers find matching roles, draft applications, and apply. The product is at app.getjobpilot.ca. This page is public; you do not need an account to read it.

The service

JobPilot collects job postings from public job-board APIs, scores how well each one fits the profile and résumé you give it, drafts a tailored summary, cover letter, and per-job résumé rewrite, and fills in application forms on your behalf. It only sends an application to an employer when you have explicitly turned live submission on. Until then every run is a rehearsal: the form is filled and screenshotted, and nothing is submitted.

JobPilot acts as your agent. What it sends goes out under your name, from your details, and you are responsible for it — including its accuracy and for whether automating it is allowed on the sites you point it at. New accounts are prepared by specialists (usually within 1–7 days) before live apply unlocks. JobPilot does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment, and it is not a recruiting or staffing agency.

Your account

You may sign in with an emailed magic link or with Sign in with Google. One account is one person’s job search. Do not share your session. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live and legally able to apply for the roles you target.

Applying on your behalf

Once you approve a job, JobPilot may read the posting, generate application materials from your profile, fill a form, attach a tailored résumé, take a screenshot, and — only if live submission is on and a specialist has marked your account ready — press submit. LinkedIn and Indeed stay operator-assisted after you connect a board session; we do not store those passwords. JobPilot never solves a CAPTCHA, never exceeds 50 submissions per calendar day, and never invents facts about you.

Many job boards prohibit automated submission. Turning live submission on, or connecting a LinkedIn / Indeed session, may conflict with those terms. That choice is yours.

Billing

JobPilot Pro is $3,000 CAD. Through October 31, 2026 the package is $699.99. Monthly signup is not offered right now. Older monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Team is $9,900 per year and Growth is $29,900 per year. The first charge is refundable within 30 days if you email support@getjobpilot.ca. Board Setup/Assist add-ons are refundable within 14 days if Setup was not completed. Cancelling billing does not delete your data, and deleting your data does not cancel billing.

Google APIs

If you use Sign in with Google or later connect Gmail, Google’s terms and our Privacy Policy also apply to that data. Connecting Gmail is optional and can be disconnected at any time.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law where you live allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, except where that limit is not permitted by law.

Changes

We will give 30 days’ notice before a material change to these terms or to the price, and before withdrawing the service. You can stop using JobPilot at any time; export and deletion stay available while your account exists.
