JobPilot finds matching roles, drafts application materials from the facts you give it, fills employer forms, and keeps a record of what was sent. Live submission is off until you turn it on. The product runs at app.getjobpilot.ca.

What we operate

• The marketing site at getjobpilot.ca — pricing, product demo, and policies.
• The product at app.getjobpilot.ca — your profile, matches, Auto Apply, and applications. Signing in is required to use it.
• Optional Google sign-in (identity only) and optional Gmail connect (read-only, for career-site verification codes).

Specialists supervise new accounts (usually 1–7 days) before live apply unlocks. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment.

Google user data

Sign in with Google requests only openid, email, and profile. Connecting Gmail is a later, optional step and requests only https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly. Codes live in the message body, so gmail.metadata is not enough. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
